Steel Cord Core Conveyor Belt

High-Galvanized Steel Cord Conveyor Belts

The high-galvanized steel cord is used to meet various special requirements. The steel cord offers high flexibility and low elongation, providing higher joint efficiency. The galvanized steel cord can closely bond with the core rubber, forming an important protective layer against corrosion.

High Strength and Lightweight
Using Goodyear standard steel cords, the single-wire breaking strength is high, and the weight per wire is light. Steel cord conveyor belts can meet the requirements of various operating conditions. Continuous development of higher-strength belts is aimed at meeting the needs of long-distance and high-lift conveyor systems.

Reduced Tension Stroke
Steel cord conveyor belts have a maximum elongation rate of 0.25% under rated tension. This feature can reduce the tension stroke in many applications, reducing investment and making it the preferred choice for long-distance or low-elongation transport.

Longer Joint Life
The dynamic bonding strength of the steel cord is much higher than the standard requirement. According to the dynamic joint test of the German standard DIN22131, the joint can have the same service life as the belt body.

High Impact Resistance
The excellent bonding performance between cover rubber and core rubber ensures good impact and tear resistance.
